Watch binding failed?
2. Confirm whether the mobile phone system meets: Android 5.0 and above, IOS 10.0 and above
3. Whether the watch is in the QR code interface. If not, please reset the watch and then scan the code for binding
4. Is the Bluetooth of the mobile phone system paired with hey + watch? If yes, please cancel the pairing with the watch in the Bluetooth list on the mobile terminal, and then continue to bind and connect with the current mobile phone
5. Has the watch been bound with other mobile phones around you? If yes, please enter the Bluetooth list of other mobile phones, disconnect the pairing with the watch, and then continue to bind and connect with the current mobile phone
6. Please try to restart Bluetooth
7. Please try to press and hold the side key of the watch for 15s, and bind again after restart
