1. Non standard wearing methods will affect the measurement, such as light leakage caused by loose and incomplete fitting, incorrect wearing position; and other interference factors: sweat / water on the skin, walking and talking during the measurement, arm raising and fist clenching may affect the measurement accuracy.
2. For the correct measurement method, the arm should be placed flat. The watch should be worn at a finger away from the wrist bone. Relax and keep still. At the same time, ensure that the equipment is close to the wrist (wear it a little tighter)
Note: when worn correctly, individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos and scars may also affect the measurement accuracy. The value measured by the watch is only for reference and cannot be used as a basis for medical diagnosis
